Why are all prices starting prices?
Because no two wedding mornings are alike. Hair length and thickness, the hairstyle you want, the number of people, the start time and the travel all change the effort involved. You get a fixed price before booking – the starting price tells you the ballpark in advance.
Is the trial included in the price?
Yes, in all three bridal packages. You can also add it to individual services – the price list shows each option with and without a trial.
How early should I enquire?
Most brides book about six months ahead, popular dates much earlier – especially Saturdays in peak season. Just ask about your date: you’ll usually hear from me within a few hours, at the latest within 24 hours.
Do you come to me?
Yes. Styling takes place wherever you are that morning: at home, at your hotel or directly at the venue. No travel charge within Wolfsburg, from €0.50 per kilometre outside. From 60 km away a minimum fee of €500 applies; for destination weddings €900 plus travel costs.
Can you also style my mum, maids of honour or guests?
Yes. One additional person is included in Package III; further people are added as individual services: hair and make-up from €140, make-up or hair only from €75. Elaborate styles such as braiding or extensions are charged by effort. Let me know early how many there will be – the morning schedule depends on it.
What if the make-up fades by the evening?
If you like, I stay on as wedding-day support and do touch-ups in between – by the hour from €35.
Do I get a fixed price in advance?
Yes. After our first exchange I prepare a quote in which everything is itemised: bridal package, additional people, trial, distance and mileage, early-start surcharge and any extras. So before you decide, you can see exactly what makes up the total.
How do I secure my date?
With a booking fee of ten per cent of the quote. As soon as the payment arrives, your wedding date is firmly reserved.
Is the booking fee charged on top?
No. It’s part of the total and is deducted from the final amount. For example: with a quote of €400 you transfer €40 in advance.
When and how do I pay?
In three steps: ten per cent as a booking fee by bank transfer, half of the total at the trial and the rest on the wedding day. For €400 that’s €40 in advance, €200 at the trial and €160 on the wedding day. At the trial and on the wedding day you pay in cash or contactless by card. If you book without a trial, everything after the booking fee is due on the wedding day.
What is the early-start surcharge?
Some wedding mornings start very early. For every hour we start before 8:00 am, €45 is added. Even 5:30 am is no problem – it simply appears as a separate item in your quote.
Can more people be added later?
Yes, no problem. It’s simply added – for example if it becomes clear at the trial that your mum or a maid of honour would like to be styled too. For the morning schedule it just helps to know as early as possible.
Can I borrow hair accessories from you?
Yes. Delicate pieces such as hair pins and small clips cost €15, statement pieces such as hair vines, combs or tiaras €30. There’s also a €50 deposit per booking, which you get back on return. We choose together at your trial.
When and where does the trial take place?
Usually six to eight weeks before the wedding, at your place. That way I get to know the conditions in advance – light, space, where we’ll sit in the morning. There we try out hair and make-up, depending on what’s booked, settle on the look and go through the schedule for the wedding morning.
