We plan your look in advance

A local stylist is usually someone you only know from photos. With me, you try out your complete look in peace at a trial session in Germany, in your own home. If the timing doesn’t work out, we do the trial on site the day before the wedding.

I arrive the day before, so nothing on the big day depends on a flight. I adapt hair and make-up to heat, sun, wind and humidity so that everything lasts until the last dance. With you and your guests I speak German or English.

How it works

From your first message to “I do”

Four steps. All costs are fixed in advance in your quote.

Enquiry & booking

Send me your date, country, venue and how many people need styling – ideally 9 to 12 months ahead. You’ll receive a quote with every item listed; a booking fee of ten per cent secures your date.

Trial styling

Usually six to eight weeks before, at your home in Germany. If that doesn’t work, on site the day before the wedding. We try out hair and make-up and set the schedule.

Travel

We agree on flights and accommodation together; you book and pay for them in advance. I arrive the day before and take a look at the getting-ready location.

Wedding day

I style you and your party calmly, following the schedule. If you like, I stay on afterwards for touch-ups, during the photo shoot and for your guests.

Costs

What a destination wedding costs

The standard is three days: arrival, wedding day, departure. If you celebrate for longer – with a welcome evening, an after-wedding shoot or a whole wedding week – I’m happy to stay as long as you like. Each additional day is charged at a day rate; you cover accommodation and meals for all days.

A wedding in Mallorca in June

Bride, mum and maid of honour, with a trial session. Three days: arrive Friday, wedding Saturday, return Sunday.

The travel costs are estimates for June; depending on date, departure airport and accommodation they may be lower or higher. If I stay for a whole week with two extra styling days, for example, add 2 × €480 and €150 for each remaining day, plus accommodation and meals.

Destination wedding styling – quick answers

Which countries do you travel to?

Preferably within Europe – for example Spain, Italy, Austria, Denmark or the Netherlands. Long-haul destinations are possible on request – just tell me where you’re getting married.

How long can I book you for?

For as long as you like. The base price includes three days: arrival, wedding day, departure. Each additional styling day is €480 (up to eight hours), each additional day on site without styling is €150. You cover accommodation and meals for all days.

Does the trial have to take place in Germany?

Ideally yes – that leaves time for changes. If the timing doesn’t work, we do the trial on site the day before the wedding.

Do you speak English?

Yes, fluently. I style and advise in German or English – handy if you have guests from abroad or an English-speaking venue.

Can you also style my guests or be there for the photo shoot?

Gladly. I build additional people into the schedule. For on-call support I stay from €35 per hour – for your touch-ups, during the photo shoot and for the whole wedding party.

Do I have to book your travel?

We agree on flights and accommodation together; you book and pay in advance. A room in the same hotel as the wedding party often works well – it makes the morning especially relaxed.

And if I’m getting married in Germany, far from Wolfsburg?

From a distance of 60 km, a minimum fee of €500 applies, plus mileage. If the journey is very long or the start very early, we’ll talk about an overnight stay the day before.
